Try out clothes without Actually trying them on?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XHZ5Jmfo-bk

Hi check out this app used for trying out clothes by just dragging them onto your image!

A similar kind of approach has been adapted very recently at Tesco, "Virtual Changing Room" They developed a Facebook app so customers can try on their purchases on an avatar.

Facebook users can upload a photo of their face, which is then combined with height, weight and measurement data to create an avatar with a similar build and shape.Once an avatar is created, users can try on clothing from the F&F clothing range to see what they might look like wearing them. Tesco then suggests, based on the chosen measurements, which size would be most appropriate.

Nike Display Concept- Breast Cancer Prevention

`

NIKE PINK RIBBON RUNNER: This is a concept based on how exercise helps prevent breast cancer which was stated by in an article by the National Cancer Institute. Hence I worked on making a runner in the shape of the pink ribbon, which denotes “fight against breast cance.” It is quite interactive as the user has to run on the pink path, while the system automatically reads the measurements and foot size and shows the correct shoe as per the measurements on the screen in front. I feel this concept can be used in other products for branding. It is enjoyable and very easy to use as all you have to do is to run on it!
